After spending over 20 years in the corporate world across different sectors and disciplines, May Li felt it was time to leave the comfort of the corporate life. She sets out to establish a company that bears her very own signature and approach – one that helps organisations achieve growth through Service Excellence, Innovation and Organisational Development. 

 

Having held senior positions in MNCs and SMEs, May Li has developed deep insights into the corporate dynamics on the strategic level and operational front. Her strong background in diverse sectors spans from Hospitality, Retail to Consultancy and more. This, together with her vast network with National Agencies has since opened doors to many amazing projects undertaken by Vines Consulting – all of which stems from her belief of 'Engaged Customers are a result of an Engaged Workforce'.

 

May Li’s passion for life and genuine interest in people has influenced her career choices over the years. It steered her progression from industry to industry before she finally found her calling in Consulting and Training. Besides balancing her career and family, May Li is an avid reader and painter. Her love for world of illustration and colours has influenced her work as she thrives in delivering projects that communicates the spirit of authenticity, energy and fluidity.
