Vines Consulting LLP was set up in December 2010 by Managing Consultant, Geoy May Li (Miss). Since our inception, we have had the privilege of partnering with Fortune 500 companies, dynamic multinational companies as well as promising home-grown brands.

Customer Centric Initiative (CCI), a holistic Consulting and Training programme for Puma Sports. Aside from achieving the set targets in the Global Service Audits, we  launched the Customer Retention & tracking of Customer Satisfaction programme with huge success.

SWAROVSKI SINGAPORE

 

Bringing alive Vision 2020 “Sparkling Moments” of Swarovski by articulating the corporate service vision elements and deliverables to shop floor staff. Program has propelled the service level of Swarovski Singapore to a leading position according to the newly launched Global Consumer Engagement Experience studies.

NATSTEEL HOLDINGS

 

Our work in Service Excellence brought us to NatSteel Holdings, where our engagement as a training consultant evolved from a series of customised training for Service Excellence to a full range of Consulting and Training initiatives in support of Organisational Development Programmes. 

 

 

MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC

 

We have since extended our passion in developing Organisational Culture to Mitsubishi Electric through our current Holistic Consulting Project, supported by CCI (Customer Centric Initiative).

 

Other organisations we have worked with are ST Electronics, SIM (Corporate Development ) and SAEA (Singapore Accredited Estate Agents), with the list extending to  Hospitality & Food and Beverages such as Mandarin Orchard Hotel and Privé Group.
